Scheduling software for civil contractors
Crews, plant and subbies on one board, with the BYDA plans and SWMS on site phones, and the tickets, inductions and insurances watched. Built by an Australian civil contractor for his own crew.
The week, the way you already plan it
Stormwater, subdivisions, driveways, council maintenance: jobs made of crews and machines across sites, replanned every time it rains.
- People, plant, vehicles and subbies each hold their own line on the schedule. Book them together on a job or separately, nine views in all.
- Clashes caught as you book: a double-booked excavator is refused with names and dates, before it costs you a morning.
- Leave and the schedule talk to each other. Mark someone away and Dayboard shows you the bookings in the way, and offers to clear them.
- The crew sees their own week on their phone, with every document for the job they're on.

The compliance file keeps itself
The paperwork a principal contractor or a council asks for, kept where the schedule already lives, and flagged before any of it lapses.
Tickets and inductions
Every operator's tickets, licences and site inductions with expiry watched, so nobody turns up unable to work. A worker sees their own record on their phone.
Subbies with insurances
Subcontractors carry their certificates of currency (workers comp, public liability and the rest) with the expiry flagged before you put them on a job uninsured.
SWMS with a paper trail
Post the SWMS or the wet-weather plan to the crew and see exactly who has acknowledged it. Acknowledgements are never rewritten, by anyone.
Prestarts and site forms
Daily prestarts and site checklists filled in at the machine: photos, signatures, locked on submit, rendered to a PDF ready for the principal contractor.
Priced so the whole crew is on it
Per person per month, GST in: $5 a field worker, $10 a manager, $25 an admin. A typical eight-person civil crew is $65 a month; a 30-resource operation about $205. The first 20 companies get 30% off for life. No setup fee, no annual contract, and everything exports any day you like. See how that compares with the platforms that quote in the tens of thousands.
- 14-day trial, no card, no demo call: the sample dataset is a working civil schedule you can poke at in two minutes.
- Quotes and job values included, no invoicing module to pay for: Dayboard prices, schedules and records what you've billed; your accounting package makes the invoice.
- Australian-owned, hosted in Sydney: your data is never sold, never shown to advertisers, and never used to train AI.
