Scheduling software for earthmoving contractors
Machines and operators on one board, prestarts on the phone, and service due flagged before the breakdown. Built by an Australian contractor who runs his own gear.
The whiteboard, without the 6am phone calls
Every excavator, posi-track, tipper, float and operator on one schedule, with the clashes caught while you're still planning, not at the gate.
- Machine and operator booked together on the same job, or separately. The schedule treats every machine and every person as their own line.
- Double-bookings refused with names and dates: the 14-tonner can't be on two jobs, and a machine booked in at the mechanic can't be put on either.
- Wet weather? Move the day, tell the crew. Changes land on the crew's phones, and you can see who's actually read the callout.
- Operators see their own week: where they're going, what they're on, and every document for the job.

The gear looks after its own paperwork
Every machine carries its rego, meters, service history and documents, and flags what's coming before it costs you a day's hire to cover it.
Prestarts on the phone
The operator's daily prestart, with ticks, hours, photos and a signature, filled in at the machine, locked on submit, rendered to a PDF you can hand to a principal contractor. The hours they enter update the machine's meter by themselves.
Service due, honestly
Hours and kilometres both watched; the worst state wins. A machine with no reading is never assumed to be fine, and a five-minute yard walk records the whole fleet's meters in one save.
Regos and tickets watched
Rego renewals, operator tickets and inductions flagged before they lapse, so nobody turns up unable to legally operate the machine they were booked on.
Floats and attachments too
Trailers, floats, attachments, utes: anything you schedule is a resource with its own record, its own documents and its own line on the board.
Priced for a crew, not a corporation
Per person per month, GST in: $5 a field worker, $10 a manager, $25 an admin. An owner-operator with a couple of crews (one admin, one manager, six operators) is $65 a month, and the first 20 companies get 30% off for life. No setup fee, no lock-in, cancel anytime with everything exported. Compare that with what the big platforms charge.
- 14-day trial, no card, no demo call: load the sample data and see a working schedule in two minutes.
- Runs on the phones the crew already has, with nothing to install from a store.
- Australian-owned, hosted in Sydney, and your data is never sold or used to train AI.
Put tomorrow on the board tonight
Start the trial, add a machine and an operator, and book them onto a job. It takes less time than the morning phone-around.
